Old Elk Wheated Bourbon
Barrel Information: Barrel #1 – 57.8% ABV. 198 bottle yield. Barrel #2 – 57.85% ABV. 198 bottle yield.
Mash: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley
Tasting Notes: Nose is vanilla and toasted oats. Taste of sugar cookies with caramel and light oak. Finish is cinnamon spice with just the right amount of heat.
Old Elk Wheat Whiskey
Barrel Information: 55.95% ABV. 192 bottle yield.
Mash: 95% Winter Wheat, 5% Malted Barley.
Tasting Notes: Sweet nose with a hint of fruit. Taste is creamy buttery vanilla and graham cracker. Finish has a hint of peppery spice.
